With nearly three decades in the environmental controls and automation industry and two decades at ATS, Jim Olson has had a huge impact on the growth of ATS. Jim has held several roles, including project manager, business development manager, and currently Sales Manager. He holds certifications from Alerton and Delta Controls, and is an active participant in ISHE, WAMOA, ASHRAE, and MSHE. Jim's impact goes beyond sales; he's deeply involved in nurturing the ATS Inland NW culture. Recruitment, mentorship, and his service centric management approach are his tools for fostering growth.
