Damon Kramer, ATS Inland NW Operations Manager, is an industry veteran of nearly 30 years, 20 of which have been dedicated to ATS. As Operations Manager, Damon is the bedrock ensuring consistent performance and quality in ATS Inland NW’s construction projects. He is committed to equipping, training, and nurturing the construction operations team as they provide best-in-class automation and control systems. Before joining ATS, Damon worked at Landis & Gyr and Siemens in engineering specialist, project manager, and operations supervisor roles. Damon has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Idaho and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Damon's passion lies in fostering individual growth and potential within his team. He guides team members to find fulfillment and satisfaction in their ATS careers by aligning strengths with roles.
